Went into Big Jim's early on a weekday morning to have a set of four tires placed on my son's van. Ordered the tires the day before, and next day service was not an issue. Mike and Dick had me out of there in under 90 minutes. Very satisfied with the expertise of personnel, the information provided on new tire rotation requirements and service intervals, and the general feeling of trust I received from everyone at Big Jim's.
